I am a holistic therapist and coach. Together with my horses, who are my team, we help people move forward and grow personally.

I have accompanied people for more than 20 years. For 14 years I worked as a Social Work graduate and for the last 8 as a Coach and Holistic Therapist.

My awakening: For many years I lived disconnected from myself, from nature, from Mother Earth... My profession fed my ego, which made me live for years in self-deception, but the truth is I did not feel fulfilled.

A profound personal crisis led me to horses. They saved me. Literally.

Today I accompany people in their growth and wellbeing together with my herd, in an open space in nature and connected to my true essence. I cannot change this life, because I discovered it is the lifestyle that makes me feel fulfilled and shows me I am in the right place—fully aligned with what I feel, think and want.

About me: I am very passionate, loyal, extremely sensitive, very curious, creative, intense, self-demanding, an animal lover, sociable and with a sense of humor.
